Birds are susceptible to disease and some of their illnesses can be very contagious. Due to this we can not accept returns. This is to protect the health of your Bird. If there is an issue with your order (damage, loss, etc) please contact us and we will make it right. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is our mistake. If there is shipping damage, please retain the packaging and take photos, the carrier will require inspection for insurance claims to proceed.
